Uniform Guidance Update
During today’s AVA Connect Conversation, there was lengthy discussion around Uniform Guidance Updates. Administrators were not completely clear about effective dates and had a few other related concerns about some of the new requirements.
Some administrators offered to share some information that they had been provided, or that they had found through their own research, or feedback that they had received directly from OVW.

- Compliance Conversations – 2024 Uniform Guidance Updates – this is a 65-page slide show presentation created by the National Grants Management Association- the information specific to effective dates of the new requirements begins on slide 7.
- Uniform Guidance Reference Guides – this is a 12-page document created by the Office for Management and Budget (OMB).
