AVA Connect Conversation – February 22, 2021
AVA Connect Conversation – February 22, 2021
Last year, AVA offered AVA Connect Conversations from July through December.
We felt it was important to start virtual conversations via Zoom that were no longer taking place in person because of travel restrictions related to COVID-19.
In staying apart, we do not want to lose that social connection between each other as VAWA administrators.
As a reminder, AVA Connect conversations are virtual get-togethers that offer informal opportunities to stay socially connected with each other as peers in a meaningful way.
The most important part of AVA Connect is to give you a chance to talk about whatever is most on your mind, ask questions and share ideas.
We want to make it easy for you to participate and share challenging experiences you have had over the past year. Hopefully some of you will be able to share significant successes that you have experienced that might be helpful for others to know.
With Zoom it can be difficult for everyone to have equal time to speak, share their perspective or get questions answered. With that in mind, we are limiting each hour-long Zoom conversation to the first 12-15 VAWA administrators that sign up.
If you are interested and available to participate on February 22, 2021, please email me, Barry Bryant, barry@avadministrators.org (sometimes appears as avadirectorbb@gmail.com) to sign up for a session, first come, first serve. You will be notified via email if you are registered for that date.
A unique zoom link will be sent to you the day before with login instructions. This will allow for shared conversation where all can have an opportunity to participate.
